Description
A very unusual and rare Italian Futurist table lamp. This lamp, called Albatros, was made in Italy in 1930, by Osram.
They created a line of 11 models from table lamps, floor lamps, sconces and pendent light, all in polished chrome and white lacquer called lighting of the future.
Futurism celebrated advanced art, technology and urban modernity, it was the most avant-garde art movement in Italy of the 20th Century. -
