A pair of beautiful, high-quality Mid-Century Modern wall lamps from the 1970s, manufactured by J.T. Kalmar, Vienna, Austria. The bases are made of brass, while the shades are semi-circular and crafted from solid, thick, double-layered clear and opal white Murano glass in the style of Mazzega — handmade with a melting or ice-glass effect. In very good condition.
Each sconce features an integrated pull-cord switch, which can either be left in place for individual operation or removed to allow control via the wall switch. Labelled on the back.
