Pair of Fiori Wall Lights by Jacques Jarrige

Description
A pair of sculptural wall lights in brass from Jacques Jarrige’s Fiori series. Whimsical and organic, these works translate the flowing language of Jarrige’s Fiori chandeliers into a more compact, wall-mounted form—imbued with the same sense of movement, intricacy, and hand-crafted energy.
Each light is made from a single sheet of brass, cut and hand-hammered by the artist without discarding any material. This process—a signature of Jarrige’s sculptural practice—ensures that the original surface is transformed, not reduced. The result is a fluid, dimensional form that seems to bloom directly from the wall.
The curling, petal-like shapes are inspired in part by Karl Blossfeldt’s botanical photographs, where natural forms—leaves, tendrils, seed pods—are revealed as complex, architectural structures. Jarrige channels this botanical essence, shaping the metal into forms that suggest flora without imitating it, balancing delicacy and strength.
Light bounces off the hand-hammered surfaces, producing a gentle shimmer that enhances the play of shadow and texture across the wall. Each fixture is unique, retaining the spontaneous energy of the artist’s touch.
Functional yet sculptural, the Fiori wall lights bring warmth, vitality, and a sense of motion to any space. A pair in aluminum is also available, offering a lighter-toned variation on the same expressive form. As well as a larger brass pair in Brass -
