Description
This highly detailed and geometrically composed Mid-Century Modernist Rectilinear Cut Glass Chandelier W/Nickel Clips by Kamenicky Senov originates from Czechoslovokia, Circa 1960. Features a gridded series of cut glass elements with a round central form acceded with striated linear elements that occupy the corners and create a beautiful highly detailed design throughout the surface of each element. They're attached with rectilinear nickel clips that add material contrast and stable connections to the chandelier, which hangs from a rod and leads up to a black enameled canopy. An excellent fixture and example of the design characteristics of Mid-Century Modernist Czech art glass, this chandelier will style well in a wide array of space and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors.
