Description
This is a stunning example of an Italian Maria Teresa chandelier that features mouth blown supports secured with the traditional Venetian glass rosettes and elaborately hung with a multitude of hand cut glass Austrian crystal pendants and crystal swags. The central glass column is composed of a glass spike or finial below a cut glass canopy. Additionally, there are two levels of glass swags and an exceptional cut crystal centering ball. All of the crystal are original with the exception of four small drops. Chandeliers of this quality, style, size, detailing and proportions are uncommon. This gorgeous fixture would be the perfect complement to a traditional dining room or serve as a counterpoint to a minimalist interior.
