Pair of 1950s French Sculptural Sconces in the style of Mathieu Matégot. Executed in white painted perforated metal and tubular brass. These double shaded sconces embody the more lyrical and warm side of midcentury French design, as exemplified by such luminaries as Mathieu Mategot. Price is for the pair. Rewired for US electrical with modified backplate for mounting over a standard American j-box. Accommodates 2x candelabra base bulbs. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing possible from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee. Please contact dealer to facilitate.

Rewired with 2x new sockets for 60w max LED candelabra bulb (lower with incandescent). Modified backplate for hardwiring over American j-box.
