Description
Mid-Century Hand-Blown Murano Glass & Polished Nickel Vanity Light by Mazzega
$1,245.00
This beautiful Mid-Century Modernist Cubic Vanity Light in Hand-Blown Murano Glass and Polished Nickel Fittings is by Mazzega, originating from Italy, Circa 1970. Features three cubic form glass shades equidistantly placed on cylindrical fittings attached to a rectilinear polished nickel framework. The front surface of the glass shades has cross form stepped grooved detailing intersecting each edge. This produces dynamic geometric interactions in relation to the larger cubic form and shows beautiful attention to scale and design. The white translucent glass of the sides transitions to a translucent clear glass, better displaying the detailing of the front of the shades and allows one to view within the shades to see the variation in transparency and hue. This Vanity Light will style well in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors. Newly rewired to American Standards, this piece is in Excellent Vintage Condition. Accommodates three candelabra base bulbs achieved up to 180 watts of light.
