Description
A pair of Mid-Century Modernist tiered cylindrical pendant chandeliers, crafted with wrapped rattan shades and polished brass fittings originates from Italy, circa 1970. These striking pendants beautifully capture the fusion of natural textures and sleek mid-century modern design, characteristic of Italian lighting from the 1970s.
Each chandelier features a tiered cylindrical silhouette, with the warm, earthy tones of the hand-wrapped rattan creating a balanced contrast against the gleaming polished brass fixtures. The layered design provides a soft, diffused glow when illuminated, adding warmth and understated sophistication to any interior.
Showcasing a blend of organic materials and modernist geometry, these chandeliers evoke a timeless elegance that is both minimalist and inviting. The expert craftsmanship reflects the impeccable quality for which Italian design is celebrated.
Newly rewired to American Standards with height that can be adjusted to suit, these chandeliers accommodate one edison base bulb achieving up to 100 watts of light. In Excellent Vintage Condition, this rare pair makes for a versatile lighting solution, perfect for bringing mid-century modern charm to a living room, dining space, or entryway.
