Exceptional table lamp by Nylund & Krebs, having a ridged cylindrical form glazed in a warm brown and pale gray "Sung" glaze with matte brown angled plinth; stoneware; Denmark, 1928-1930; impressed flaming kiln mark "28 III Nylund & Krebs Copenhagen"

Famed ceramist and designer Gunnar Nylund (1904–1997) and chemist and glaze technician Nathalie Krebs co-founded Nylund & Krebs in 1928, renamed Saxbo two years later.
