Description
1950s Giuseppe Ostuni Model #101 Black Articulating Sconce for O-Luce. Executed in patinated brass and black painted perforated aluminum shade. Sconce pivots up/down and left/right. An incredibly clean and refined design by one of the Italian lighting icons of the modern age.
Price is per item. Two lamps available.
O-Luce was one of the most innovative lighting design companies in Italy during the midcentury era. Their designs have been long sought after by discerning collectors.

Each lamp accommodates 1x 60W max equivalent standard candelabra base (e12) LED bulb (LED only, not included). Professionally rewired for US electrical with custom period-style backplate added for mounting over standard US j-box. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing possible from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee. Contact us to facilitate.
Some age appropriate scuffs, dings, nicks, patina, and wear as largely shown and noted only for accuracy. Please note that only one representative example appears in the listing photos. Some variation between lamps, but all lamps in comparably good condition and present well as a set. More images available upon request. -
