This 19th-century French lamp is a remarkable example of elaborate craftsmanship and ornate design. The lamp features a tall, slender central rod adorned with intricate scrollwork and decorative finials, giving it a grand and stately appearance. The top section is crowned with a delicate finial and additional scroll detailing, adding to its vertical elegance.

At the base, two candle-style lights are set on gracefully curved arms, each topped with pleated fabric shades that soften the light and evoke the charm of old-world European decor. The lights sit above a circular tray, which may have originally served as a drip plate, adding both functionality and aesthetic appeal to the piece. The bronze or brass finish has a beautiful aged patina, enhancing its antique allure.
