Pair of Bespoke Murano Lattimo, Gold Inclusion and Controlled Bubble Glass Lamps

Price Upon Request
  • Description
A striking pair of bespoke Murano glass lamps, handblown in Venice and inspired by the celebrated mid-century designs of Ercole Barovier for Barovier & Toso. Elegantly sculpted in luminous white lattimo glass encased within clear crystal, the lamps are enriched with delicate gold inclusions and controlled air bubbles that create remarkable depth, texture, and luminosity.
Their graceful baluster silhouette, defined by a compressed central knop and vertical optic ribbing, reflects the sophisticated artistry that made Murano glass a hallmark of Italian design during the 1950s and 1960s. The interplay of milky white glass, crystal clarity, and shimmering gold decoration evokes the refined glamour of the finest Venetian lighting of the period.
Resting upon substantial crystal bases and fitted with gilt hardware, these lamps possess a timeless elegance that transcends style. Equally at home in a Louis XVI interior, a Swedish Gustavian setting, or a contemporary room, they bring warmth, craftsmanship, and a subtle sense of luxury to any space.
A beautiful homage to the great Murano tradition, these bespoke lamps capture the spirit of postwar Venetian design while offering the uniqueness and artistry of handblown glass created expressly for a discerning collector.
Lampshades are not included. Lampshades in the photos measures 16" in diameter & 11" in height.
