Description
Poul Henningsen 'PH '3½-3' Glass Pendant for Louis Poulsen.
Executed in white opal glass and chrome, metallized black, or brass frame, the 'PH 3½-3' pendant's mouth blown white opal glass shades are glossy on top and sandblasted matte on the underside, softening the design and casting a harmonious, glare-free light that is the hallmark of Henningsen's design.
The 'PH 3½-3' pendant light is part of the three-shade system developed by Paul Henningsen in 1925–1926. Henningsen sought to create glare-free lighting and aim the light where most needed while creating soft shadows. The 'PH 3½-3' pendant is a functional yet decorative light.
