Rare Pair of 1950s Stilnovo #8023 Metal & Marble Table Lamps by Bruno Gatta. A quintessentially 1950s Italian design executed in red painted metal, marble and patinated brass mounting screws. A highly functional and sculptural table lamp of attractive scale and incomparable refinement. Both lamps retain original Stilnovo yellow labels.
Stilnovo was one of the most innovative lighting design companies in Italy during the mid-century era. Their designs have been long sought after by discerning collectors.
Professionally rewired for US electrical but not UL listed. Recommended UL listing possible from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee. Contact us to facilitate.
Each lamp accommodates 1x 60w equivalent standard base (e26) LED bulbs (lower with incandescent). Some age appropriate scuffs, dings, nicks, dents, bends losses and wear as largely shown and noted only for accuracy. Please note only one representative lamp is shown in the listing, but both present well together in comparably good condition. - More Information
