Description
1950s Stilux Milano Opaline Glass & Perforated Painted Metal Pendant.
Executed in sculptural opaline glass with black painted perforated metal accent pieces and patinated brass hardware. A highly refined ceiling lamp light of attractive scale and incomparable refinement. Unmarked.
Stilux was one of the most innovative lighting design companies in Italy during the midcentury era. Their designs have been long sought after by discerning collectors.
Price is per item. Three lamps available.
Each lamp accommodates 1x 60W equivalent standard medium base (e26) LED bulb (LED only; not included). Professionally rewired for US electrical with custom period style ceiling canopy added for mounting over American j-box and new thick black cloth cord. Overall drop measures 60 inches; ceiling canopy measures 4.25 inches. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing available from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee. Contact us to facilitate.
Some age appropriate scuffs, dings, marks, and wear as largely shown and noted only for accuracy. Please note that only one representative example is featured in the listing images, but all lamps are in similarly good condition and present well as a set.
