Description
AN EXQUISITE SIX LIGHT ADAM STYLE CHANDELIER BY F&C OSLER
REF: FA1571
£9,850.00
An exquisite Edwardian six-light chandelier, masterfully crafted by F&C Osler in the style of an Adam chandelier. The baluster-shaped stem is intricately cut with mitre and diamond patterns, from which six sweeping, notch cut arms extend, each supporting a van-dyke drip pan and candle nozzle, hung with faceted pear drops.
Garlands of graduated crystal drops cascade between the top of the shaft and the arms, culminating in a central finial adorned with a surround of faceted pendant drop. The chandelier's design reflects the height of Edwardian opulence, with every element intended to refract light and create a dazzling interplay of brilliance and shadow.
