Italian works of glass art and sculpture.
Extraordinary pair of Italian Mid-Century Modern Murano / Venetian glass table lamps attributed to Venini. Each is composed of 25 hand blown blocks of "ice glass" fused together to form five columns and with a central open aperture for electric light. The light is designed to flow through the clear, opaque glass in a de-fracted manner. -
