Description
Large Carl Auböck 'Vice Versa' wall lamp.
A newly designed variant exclusive to Two Enlighten based on the iconic Vice Versa table and floor lamp series designed by Carl Auböck III in the 1950s. Executed in polished brass and hand woven wicker with a fabric covered shade that can be utilized in two 'vice versa' positions.
Produced by Carl Auböck IV in the original Auböck Werkstätte in the 7th district of Vienna using the same exacting standers, high-quality materials, original molds and techniques of his legendary namesakes. Auböck's design career was long and varied, reaching its pinnacle of prestige at the Triennale di Milano in 1954, where he received four gold medals in recognition of his iconic work.

Accommodates 1x standard medium base (e26) bulb, (LED only- 60 watt equivalent); 10.8' black textile cord with inline on/off switch and US male plug.
Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing available from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee.
Please note one representative example is featured in the images. Finish may vary from piece to piece due to their handmade nature. Brass is not lacquered and will develop a natural patina over time and may already shows signs of patination due to handling, exposure to the elements, and storage. Original shine can be restored with a brass polish.
Comes with cloth cord and in line on/off switch with US wall plug. Accommodates a single 60w medium base e27 bulb. -
