Cristal Art Wall Mirror with Ground Colored Glass Frame and Brass

Description
Cristal Art was a Turin-based company active in the furniture industry and particularly in furniture accessories. Founded by Giuseppe and Giovanni Donna in 1944, it had designer Giuseppe Raimondi as its artistic director. The company's leading sector was the production of mirrors and crystal furniture.
Present at major industry expositions beginning in 1949 (furniture fair, Milan trade fair, Paris and Lyon trade fairs) it soon became among the most successful manufacturers of crystal home accessories along with Fontana Arte of Milan (still in existence).
Wall mirror designed by Cristal Art in '50s. The mirror has a wooden structure (see last photo of the collection here) and the frame is in ground colored glass (color blue). The mirror itself is kept to the frame thanks to brass details.
Perfect for entrance, walk in closet or bedroom.
Good condition, fully original.
We strongly recommend wooden crate for safe of the mirror during the transport. -
