French 19th Century Empire Cheval Mirror

Description
This elegant French Empire mahogany cheval mirror, c. 1800’s, retains the original looking glass and features a rectilinear ribbon mahogany frame suspended by carved spheres to tapered round columns surmounted by carved urn finials terminating in a square base joined to a curved tapered square splay foot raised on brass casters. The whole with gilt-brass mounts. The wood with excellent color and patina.
