Description
Fabulous Empire trumeau mirror with Greco-Roman deity occupying the central frame. Bathed in gold gilt, she is carved with great reverence for beauty and projects off the frame in ¾ view. The narrow wooden panel is painted cream with casual distressing of the pigment revealing the wood grain below. Spots of foxing in the mirror plate. View the detailed images.
