Fine Regency period giltwood convex mirror having well-carved hippocampus on a rocky ground cresting above turned frame with gilt balls and toothed rim, acanthus leaves holding twist turned sconce arms, above tied sheaf base, the whole with good rich surface and much original water gilding. and with original mercury glass convex plate.
