Description
Rare Charles II carved and gilt wood mirror, the rectangular plate surrounded by carved branches, fruit and sunflowers, surmounted by a cresting featuring a central putto with trailing vines and flowers, the lower part centered by a sunflower and the whole in original and somewhat crusty oil gilt surface. The mercury glass appears to be original.
