Description
Fine English 17th century oak wainscot chair, the scroll and strapwork decorated crest with carved berries, over diamond carved back panel, the shaped arms over woven rope cushion support and standing on cannon barrel turned legs joined by box stretcher, the whole possessing rich color and patination and in remarkable state of preservation.
Seat height below includes squab cushion. Cushion is 3" thick
