Description
9353 A LARGE PAIR OF POSSIBLY GONCALO ALVES X-FORM ARMCHAIRS Probably Colonial. Circa 1830. Measurements: Height: 35 1/2″ (90cm) Width: 25″ (63.5cm) Depth: 30 3/4″ (78.5cm)
Of possibly goncalo alves. Each with a curved back with scrolling top rail filled with a cane seat flanked by the boldly scrolling arms, the whole raised on four downswept square legs united by two stretchers.
