ACAP: Flower of the Pearl Armchair
The frame is European Beech. It is treated with a pearl white laquer with pewter nailing. The chair back is encrusted with over 400 hand made leather flowers, each individually crafted and stitched to the chair. This example uses hand painted pearl white 100% aniline kangaroo leather for the flowers and semi-aniline cow hide for the seat.
Due to the made to order nature of this piece, it can be reproduced in any color and finish to the clients specification.
A Louis XVI armchair with lacquered finish/pewter French nails with 175 leather flowers hand-stitched with ariver of pearl. Can be applied to any piece of furniture in any leather color or frame finish.
