Description
Set of four Arthur Umanoff for Shaver Howard bar stools composed of wrought iron frames with stained birch-slatted seats. Modernist, rectangular rush back adds a striking contrast to an otherwise modest form. Swivel seat allows for full 360 degree mobility.
The seat height is 29", so these can be used as bar or counter stools, depending on the surface height. These can also be professionally modified for lower counter height upon request, subject to a separate fee depending on the scope of modification.
Wrought iron frames have been conservatively restored but retain their original feet; birch seats have been refinished, though scuffs / wear remains. The rush is in nice, original condition with only minor wear.
Listing is for the set of four.
Measures:
H: 40.75"
Seat Height: 29"
D: 18"
L: 17.75"
Foot rest height: 11.25". -
