Rare set of chairs by Charlotte Perriand. Chairs were designed for La Cascade, the grouping of tilted apartments at Les Arcs 1600 ski resort. Made in the mid-1960s Perriand designed all aspects of the lodgings at the ski resorts, from the building down to the furnishings and floor plans. Made from locally sourced wood. Angled seat and seatback. Surprisingly comfortable. Good vintage original condition.
