Description
This beautiful high back dining or occasional chair was selected by Kelly Wearstler for her Miami project - The Viceroy Hotel - and later featured in Kelly Wearstler's book, HUE. Inspired by Chinese blue and white porcelain, our shop re-imagined this high back dining or occasional side chairs and voilà - fresh and chic as ever. With six (6) chairs available, the possibilities are endless - an entry chair or two flanking a beautiful console... perhaps as head chairs anchoring the table in a chinoiserie inspired dining room... a most unique office chair.
The frame was professionally refinished in white chocolate to match the look of antique porcelain. The seat could be nothing other than blue raw silk and is quite comfortable. Embroidered, Asian inspired satin trim captures light softly and finishes the chair like a bow on a present. -
