    Primary Wood: Mahogany
    Secondary Wood: Ash, Maple Seat Frames

    Reference: William Trusdell Day (1854-1920?), a lawyer in Elizabeth, New Jersey, and cousin of R.T.H. Halsey, curator of the American Wing at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in the 1920's and author of The American Wing, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, 1926; to his niece Louise Day Putnam Lee (1887-1976); to her son, Putnam Lee (1916-1993); to his daughter.
