    Norwegian modern daybed / settee designed by Edvard Kindt Larsen for Gustav Bahus with two 12" extendable surfaces or 'wings', which can either be used as side tables or to create a longer divan bed. The back frame is fixed, but the seat can open on a hinge to reveal an additional canvas-lined storage compartment for blankets / accessories.
    The gray wool upholstery is new, as is the foam, and the frame has been refinished. Excellent, vintage condition. Only slight soiling to the canvas lining of the storage compartment under the seat along with a few insignificant nicks to the back rail.
