Colorful custom needlepoint upholstery covers this French 18th century walnut mouton armchair. The fabric depicts curvaceous acanthus leaves, floral and avian imagery in shades of blue, green and gold. It is trimmed in navy tape. The carved frame is made of walnut and done in the classic mouton sheep bone form. It is well patinated. See detailed photos for a closer look at the chair’s current condition. Seat height: 18”
