French Midcentury Set of 11 Ladderback Dining Chairs
-
Description
A very unusual set of eleven (11) mid-20th century French dining chairs that give a little spin on the classic ladderback style by applying some creative proportions and carving techniques to the fruitwood frames. Tall and angular in profile, chair stiles are capped with knob-like finials above three rungs of splats and shaped toprail mirroring the curves of the lower splat. Narrow, removable seats with a scalloped front edge have been reupholstered in a velvety fabric of peacock blue-green; ready for your interior. Please view the detailed images to see more. Sold as a set of eleven.
