These two easy chairs, produced during the early period of Fritz Hansen’s design renewal, reflect that transition. Crafted in wood and fabric, each chair features an embracing backrest composed of a sequence of turned wooden slats, aesthetically engaging with the generous volume of the upholstered seat. The result is a perfectly balanced contrast—an impactful and evocative design. The gently curved armrests soften the overall silhouette, breaking the austerity of the structure with elegant lines.
