Description
Giotto Stoppino, 'Maya' desk chair for Bernini.
The chair was designed at the end of the 1960s and produced during the early 1970s.
Remarkable is the steel structure that runs all through, forming an 8 shape, where the modular shell is embedded.
The modular shell, is covered in leather, with a double stitching to mark seat and back rest.
The steel structure is in perfect conditions, while the leather covering of the shell, despite being restored, shows signs of use, as can be seen on the pictures. We did not want to change the covering, maintaining the original one in a beautiful cognac colour. -
