Four Edmond Spence "Yucatan" Mahogany Side Chairs Woven Sea Grass Seats
-
Description
Four vintage Yucatan side chairs by Edmond Spence for his Mexican manufacturer Industria Mueblera, circa 1958. The solid mahogany framed spindle back chairs with their original woven sea grass seats and sea grass banding are unusual combination when viewed in relation to similar side chairs by George Nakashima or Paul McCobb's.
The chairs are in excellent vintage condition.
