Mid-Century Modern "Curva" Chair by Brazilian Designer Joaquim Tenreiro, 1960's
This stunning chair, designed circa 1960s by the great name of Brazilian Mid-Century Modern Design, Joaquim Tenreiro, showcase the great attention to detail and sculptural craftsmanship that Tenreiro's work is famous for.
The Curva's light and delicate structure is entirely crafted in solid hardwood, featuring tapered turned legs and an elegant curved backrest completed with 16 fine straight spindles. The D-shaped seat is lined in finely handwoven cane in the traditional style of the period.
