Malian mud cloth: handwoven and dyed using a traditional process with plant-based indigo, fermented mud, and plenty of patience. Each step is done by hand, and the results are full of patterns with deep cultural meaning. Traditionally, hunters wore them, while brighter versions were saved for special rituals. This piece is vintage, so it shows its age—with possible stains, holes, or other perfectly imperfect signs of its history.
