An iconic example of Danish Modern design, this authentic vintage MS30 High back Recliner by Madsen & Schubell is now available in our workshop prior to restoration—a rare opportunity to tailor the final look to your personal taste. Designed in the 1950s by Ib Madsen and Acton Schubell, the MS30 is celebrated for its sculptural silhouette, ergonomic comfort, and high level of craftsmanship.
This piece features the signature high back, softly curved armrests, and an elegant teak frame that reflects the best of Scandinavian modernism. As a client, you have the exclusive chance to select the upholstery material and color during the restoration process—whether a classic Danish wool, buttery leather, or something more bespoke.
