Mario Bellini Cassina Italian 401 Break Leather Armchairs, 1980s Pair
Offered for sale is a pair of iconic chairs designed by Mario Bellini for Cassina in the 1980s. The "Break" leather armchairs are included in the 20th-century design and architecture collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art (MoMa). These were acquired from the original owners and have signs of wear (that could be restored) commensurate with age as shown in the photos.
