Rectangular upholstered seat over grillwork base with Viking ships, cast anodized iron ends and wrought feet. Can be placed in hall of in front of a fireplace. Oscar Bach had many commercial commissions including the Empire State building. Furniture seen in many prewar New York apartment buildings lobbies.
