Wonderful Pace Collection even arm tuxedo sofa from the mid-century. This sofa is very high quality and extremely comfortable. The original fabric has some minor soil and looks like it could be cleaned. The legs are solid steel and very heavy. This sofa measures 27.5"t x 91"l x 34"d with a seat height of 17"t.

The fabric is original and shows some soil on the arms and front edge-see photos. The seat cushions are clean and comfortable. Side pillow has a spot on top-possibly could be cleaned. Legs show some minor oxidation.
