Description
This elegant pair of Louis Philippe armchairs embodies the refined simplicity and balanced proportions of mid-19th century French design. Crafted in warm cherry wood, the frames display graceful, flowing lines and subtle curves, typical of the Louis Philippe period’s understated neoclassical influence. The shaped backs and gently scrolling arms provide both visual appeal and comfortable support. Upholstered in a rich red fabric with a subtle geometric pattern, both chairs remain in very good overall condition, with the upholstery well preserved. Nailhead trim adds a classic decorative touch, complementing the natural warmth of the cherry wood. With a seat height of 45.5 cm and a depth of 44 cm, they offer excellent comfort without sacrificing elegance. Perfect for a living room, library, or office, these armchairs bring timeless French sophistication and a sense of historic charm to any interior, blending seamlessly with both traditional and transitional décor.
Seat: 17"D x 17"H
