A nice set of eight cityscape dining chairs by Paul Evans for Directional, circa 1974. The set consists of two armchairs model PE-241 and six side chairs model PE-240. Chromed steel patchwork legs with a more recent slate-blue velvet upholstery. All on castors. One chair retains the original paper label from Directional.
The measurement of the armchair is 21" w x 25" d x 33.75" h. Side chair: 18" w x 25"d x33.75"h. Seat height is 19". -

Documentation: Signed Origin: United States Period: 1950-1979 Materials: chrome on wood, fabric Condition: Good. minor typical wear seen in the cityscape series consistent with the age and material. Bright chrome with expected seam corrosion between some tiles (pic9). Reupholstered more recently, fabric and foam in good condition.
