Danish modern “Boomerang” lounge chair designed by Peter Hvid and Orla Molgaard-Nielsen for France & Daverkosen in Denmark, circa 1950s.
This is made of solid teak and gets its name from its boomerang-shaped design expressed in the frame. This Boomerang chair features cantilevered armrests. The chair is very comfortable because of its danish soiled springs. The chair sits on solid brass legs that contrast perfectly with the rest of the chair. This chair is a rare piece among collectors, which will make it a topic of conversation among your guests. Marked with France & Son logo to metal tag.
White Cushions are made with: Knoll Textiles Aurora: Icecap | Italian Upholstery. Blue Cushions and in good but slightly faded condition and are original.
