    This exceptional set of two lounge chairs by Pierre Cardin is in excellent condition. The sumptuous design of the upholstery, which appears to be layered, gives the chairs an extremely elegant and high-quality appearance. This is complemented by the piano-lacquered sides and backrests with inlaid brass trim. The upholstery is in immaculate condition and offers superb seating comfort. The champagne-colored upholstery with black checks has a beautiful platinum sheen. The lacquered surfaces show only the slightest signs of wear.

    The French fashion designer Pierre Cardin designed these armchairs in the 1970s. He was known as a pioneer of ready-to-wear fashion and for his visionary designs. His furniture designs are still highly sought after today.

    We currently still have a coffee table and a mirror from this series.
