Mid-century T.H. Robsjohn-Gibbings #4209 Ladder-back Chairs for Widdicomb

Offered for sale is a pair of Model #4209 chairs that are often referred to as ladderback chairs. The chairs were designed by T.H. Robsjohn-Gibbings for Widdicomb Furniture. The chairs were manufactured in Grand Rapids, Michigan, circa 1950s. Their frames are formed of solid wood, possibly walnut. They are in good original condition with what appears to be the original fabric. There is one ding in the back as shown and some dents in the surface as shown.
