Art Deco-Style Chaise Lounge (ca. 1975, USA).
Purchased by the original/sole owner in the 1970s and reupholstered in the early 2000s.
Elegant scallop back rest in a griege/taupe chenille with linear decoration, all supported by ebonized block/plinth feet.
Sculptural piece with asymmetrical elements including a dimensional disparity between the arm rests - one being longer than the other.
Sumptuous, curvaceous design - an inviting piece that is as comfortable as is it stylish.
An added pillow was used for support (hence the darkening to the back rest, as shown).
Newly cleaned condition but a couple of light spots remain.
Fabric and foam are sound and can be used as is with the aforementioned wear.
