Mid-Century Plywood Dining Chairs, Italy, 1950s
-
Description
Rare dining chairs, strongly reminiscent of the iconic Medea armchair by Vittorio Nobili for Fratelli Tagliabue. Crafted with solid oak seats and legs, they have developed a beautiful, time-worn patina that enhances their character. The sculptural arched backrest, made of oak-veneered plywood, is supported by two slender vertical slats that connect gracefully to the seat. Sturdy and well-balanced, they offer both visual impact and comfortable seating. Priced per piece, with six chairs available.
