    A set of 9 modular bookshelves and base cabinets in teak designed by Christian Hvidt for Søborg Møbler, Denmark, 1960s. Two of the base units are shelved inside and one has open-shelf filing drawers. The base units measure H 82.5cm, W 90cm, D 49cm. The middle row of larger bookshelves measure H 76cm, W 90cm, D 34.5cm. The top row of smaller bookshelves measure H 38cm, W 90cm, D 34.5cm. This is one set of two which we currently have available, all of which came from a the same building in Copenhagen’s picturesque Nyhavn harbour and can be combined into one very large library wall or room divider. In good vintage condition with the expected signs of age and patina.
